2 1 pound cans sliced green beans
1 pound can garbanzo beans
1 can diced pimiento
1 sweet red onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2c tarragon wine vinegar
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c salad oil
seasoned pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse beans. Combine with pimiento and onion sliced into thin rings. Crush garlic into salt; combine with rest of ingredients in glass jar. Cover and shake until well blended. Pour over salad. Cover with foil and marinate in refrigerator overnight, or several days. Flavor seems to improve. Stir occasionally. Heap into shallow salad bowl or drain and serve on crisp lettuce.
