2 l lb can sliced green beens, drained
1 can whole kernel golden corn
1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowers
1 c sliced celery
1 c sliced green onions
1 c thinly sliced carrots
2/3 c salad oil
1/2 c lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked pepper
2 tbsp sugar

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours. Serve marinated vegetables in lettuce cups. Combine remaining vegetables and dressing the next day with one large head of lettuce, broken for a quick tossed salad.
