FIRST LAYER
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
SECOND LAYER
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
THIRD LAYER
Variety of canned & fresh fruit
GLAZE
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup fruit juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first layer and pat in bottom of round pizza pan.
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat 2nd layer and spread over cooled crust.
Drain 3rd layer and arrange fruit over cream cheese filling.
Combine & cook glaze ingredients in microwave until thick & clear. Pour over fruit layer.

I use juice from canned pineapple or mandarin oranges for the fruit juice in the glaze. If all fruit is fresh use orange juice.
If you want to make in a jelly roll pan use 1-1/2 recipe.
