8 medium vidalia onions
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup motzerella cheese
1-2 cups of crushed potato chips
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup non-diluted

Directions:

Peel and slice onions and saute in butter till glazed. Layer onions, cheese and soup over and over again. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake in oven for one hour at 350 degrees.
