2 celery stalks with leaves 3 T chicken bouillon 3 large carrots ½ tsp seasoned meat tenderizer 1 small onion 4 bay leaves 1 garlic clove 1 or 2 chicken breasts 1 handful fresh spinach 1 8-oz can tomato sauce 1 small potato 1½ to 2 quarts water ½ cup barley pearls
Chop vegetables and cube chicken. Mix all ingredients in a large pot or crockpot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for several hours.
