2 large cucumbers
2 T wine vinegar
2 T soy sauce
1 T sugar
1 T sesame seed oil
4 drops hot oil (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Slice as thinly as possible. Mix ingredients for dressing and pour over cucumbers.
