2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables ½ cup chopped celery ½ cup chopped onions ½ cup mayonnaise 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick margarine, melted 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Drain Veg-All well. Add celery, onions, mayonnaise, and soup. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Pour melted margarine over crushed crackers. Place cracker mix over top of casserole mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
