1/2 c. cooking sherry

Directions:
Put beef in freezer until slightly frozen as this makes it easier to cut. Slice beef into strips and then cut strips into bite sized chunks. Mix beef with soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and sherry. Rinse peppers and cut into strips. Put 2 T oil in wok or skillet over high heat. Add salt and green peppers, stiring until peppers get darker. Remove peppers. In wok, add rest of oil and garolic. Stir in beef mixture and turn constantly until beef is cooked. Stir in peppers. Serve over rice.
