1 large container sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Thaw the hashbrowns. Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper together very well with a spoon (save cheese for last). You can mix in a bowl and then move to a casserole or mix everything in the dish you will bake in. Do not use mixer. Bake in a 350 preheated oven for 1.5 hours. Remove from oven and immediately top the potatoes with the shredded cheese. Place the lid or foil back on casserole. Do not place back in oven. Let cheese melt and serve. Very delicious!!
