1 lb. ground beef seasoned and browned
1 onion, chopped

1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 large can evaporated milk
1 small flat can green chillies (hot or mild)
cook together (warm)

1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

10 corn tortillas, cut in 1/4 pieces

Lightly grease the bottom of a baking dish. Put layers of tortillas (half) and then half of the meat mixture and then half of the soup mixture, and cheese. Repeat this procedure until all is used up. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake 300 for 30 minutes. This recipe can be doubled.
