12 cups packaged coleslaw mix
3-4 diced green onions
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 cup Catalina dressing
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts ( or use honey roasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss coleslaw mix and oranges in a large bowl.
Mix dressings and soy sauce in a small bowl, pour over coleslaw mixture. Toss gently til well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 1- 2 hours, or overnight
Sprinkle with peanuts, just before serving.

This is really yummy. I served the peanuts separately just in case there was someone that didn't want the nuts. Sub roasted soy nuts for a change,
