1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Bread
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 c. sugar, egg yolk, and cream cheese until consistency of mayonnaise. Cut off crust of bread, roll each piece out until flat. While doing this, slowly melt butter, 1 1/2 t sugar, cinnamon. Spread bread with cream cheese mixturn. Roll into pinwheels and cut in half. Roll each one in butter mixture. Baker at 375º for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
