2 eggs, beaten
5 T. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. large marshmallows
2 T. butter
5 T. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz) lemon jello
Cool whip
1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, drain most of the juice
Graham cracker crumbs, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beaten eggs, sugar and juice (add slowly). Use a double boiler or stir constantly. Add butter and marshmallows. Stir until mixed and marshmallows are melted. Cool. Prepare jello in 2 c. boiling water. Chill until starts to set. Then add cooled egg mixture and 1 c. or more cool whip and pineapple. Sprinkle top with Graham cracker crumbs and decorate with marachio cherries.
