1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can dried chiles
3 eggs
c. milk
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 9 pan with Pam. Layer half of cheeses, spread on chiles. Put on remaining cheese. Beat eggs with milk and flour. Drizzle over top. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
