1½ c. - oil
2 c. - sugar
3 - eggs
3 c. - flour
1 tsp. - salt
1 tsp. - cinnamon
1 tsp. - baking soda
1 tsp. - vanilla
3 c. - apple, chopped
1 c. - walnuts, chopped
½ c. - raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat until creamy. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, and soda. Stir into batter. Add remaining ingredients. Batter will be thick. Bake mixture in a buttered and floured 10 in. tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350º oven. Cool in pan.
