1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. BBQ sauce 1 can refrigerated biscuits 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Brown meat and drain. Add BBQ sauce and set aside. Place biscuits in ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400º for 12 minutes.
