Ingredients:
1 qt clams
1 egg
1 large green pepper
1 large raw potato
1 large onion
bread crumbs - unseasoned

Directions:
Grind the clams, pepper, onion, egg and potato. Mix in enough bread crumbs until you can form a patty. Fry in slow skillet until browned.
