1 # fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 T butter
1 1/2 # chicken, in strips
1/4 c. browning sauce
1 1/3 c. beef broth, divided
1 c. white wine
2 T. ketchup
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp salt
3 T. flour
1 c. fat free sour cream
6 c. No-yolk egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Set aside. Cook the chicken with the brown sauce until browned. Add 1 c. beef broth and the wine, ketchup, galic and salt. Boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Combine flour, 1/3 c. beef broth until smooth. Stir into chicken mixture. Add shrooms and onions. Boil, then cook for 2 minutes or until thick. Stir in sour crm and heat through. Serve over egg noodles.
