"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Directions:
Arrange thawed and drained broccoli in greased 9x13” inch baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry, mix well. Pour evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 8. (Note: I use more lemon juice and curry than is called for. I taste as I combine mayo/soup mixture.)

Personal Notes:
The original recipe calls for 1 cup of mayo, but Mom doesn't like so much mayo, so she cut the mayo in half and added half sour cream. It's delicious, can be served over jasmine rice or pasta.
