Turkey or chicken celery potatoes 2 c. flour 1 c. shortening 4 tsp. baking powder pinch of salt 1 c. milk
Cook meat with celery and potatoes and cover with water. Cook until tender. Thicken with flour. Cut flour and shortening together until crumbly. Add milk, baking powder, and salt. Place on counter with a little flour and roll or pat until the size of a 9x13 pan. Place turkey/chicken mixture in pan and lay biscuit on top. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.
