1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 c oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
3 T. vinegar
1 c. ketchup
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, oatmeal and milk. Roll into balls and place in a baking dish. Then mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour or until meatballs are done.
