Ingredients:  
Cucumbers, thinly sliced
half & half
vinegar
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place thinly sliced cucumbers into a bowl.
Add salt, generous amount.
Cover and place in the refrigerator several hours to overnight.
Can be kept this way for several days and creamed as needed.

Creamed:
Squeeze cucumbers of salt brine.
Place into serving bowl and add half & half and vinegar to desired taste. Add pepper if desired.
DO NOT add any more salt.
