2 C Flour
1 C Sugar
3 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 C Blueberries
2 Eggs
1 C Milk
3 T Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in blueberries. In small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, oil. Add all at once to flour. Stir until moistened. Bake in ungreased loaf pan for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Once cake is completely cooled, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
