1 medium onion -- chopped

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1/2 C. olive oil

1 green pepper -- chopped

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 T. parsley

1 (large) can (or 2 European small cans) tuna

15 oz. tomato sauce

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 dash Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic in olive oil.
Simmer slowly.
Add green pepper, sugar, salt, pepper, parsley.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add tuna, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, Italian
seasoning.
Cover, simmer for 1 hour.
Add sugar.
Serve over penne or other pasta.
