Ingredients:  
4 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
2 c. chopped seeded tomatoes
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 c. diced green pepper
2-3 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp minced chives
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c. diced seeded cucumber
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight. Add 2 Tbsp vegetable oil just before serving.
