Diver scallops
Salmon
Oysters
Lobster Oil
Shallots
Mint
Cilantro
Hazelnut oil
Salt
Pepper
lime
Cucumber
Tobiko caviar
Lavendar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all scallops. Dice salmon. Take oyster and remove from shell and dice. Toss all together. Lobster Oil...splash. Put in a few shallots and fresh mint and some fresh cilantro. Add hazelnut oil and fresh pepper and a lil' salt. Toss gently. Take lime and cut in half and squeeze. Slice thinly cucumber and place around a bowl and put the tartare in the middle. Garnish with a small spoon of caviar on top, and then some little sprigs of lavendar and a mint sprig...a bit of pepper on cucumber a lil' salt and a little squirt of lobster oil.
