Mussels
Clams
Chipotle chilis
Ginger
Anchovy paste
Honey roasted garlic
White wine
Heavy cream
Pasilla chilis
Flat bread

Directions:
Directions:
Put chipotle chilies in sauce pan w/fresh chopped ginger. A little anchovy paste and honey roasted garlic. Put in some white wine. Add heavy cream and let it reduce (bring to a boil first)...pour over mussells and clams in a bowl. Throw in oven and put pasilla chilis on top. Put in oven until the shellfish opens. (from Indigo Grill). Serve w/warm flatbread.
