1 package hash browns
11/2 cup water
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup milk
2 cups cubed ham
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
dash pepper
5 eggs beaten
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except paprika) in a bowl. Pour into an ungreased 11x7 pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in the centered comes out clean (about 40 to 45 minutes) in a 350º oven.
