1 1/2 c diagonally cut celery slices
1 c chinese pea pods
1 c cauliflower flowerets
1 tbsp oleo
1 c red or green pepper strips
1 c mushroom slices
1 8 oz jar cheese spread
1/2 c cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Combine celery, pea pods, cauliflower and oleo in 1 1/2 qt casserole, cover. Cook on high 3-4 minutes or until pea pods are crisp tender. Add peppers and mushrooms, mix lightly. Cook uncovered 2 minutes and drain. Place on serving plate. Cook cheese spread according to label directions and pour over veggies. Sprinkle with cashews.
