3 pts strawberry ice cream
3 envelopes Dream Whip
1 1/2 cup milk
3 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
18 coconut macaroon cookies
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk with Dream Whip and whip as directed on package. Add pecans. Crumble cookies and mix with dream whip. Put half of the mixture in 9 X 13 pan. Spread ice cream evenly over this crust. put remaining dream whip mixture on top of ice cream. Freeze for several hours.

You can use any flavor of ice cream or sherbet. I like raspberry, especially in the summer.
