1/4 pound butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla.

FILLING:
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup ground nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add alternately with sour cream, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla. Grease tube pan and flour it. Put in 1/2 the batter, then 1/2 filling, then layer remainder of batter and filling. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes
