1 lb ground beef
4 1/2 oz can of deviled ham
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Blue cheese
Sherry
beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, deviled ham, egg and bread crumbs.
Form into balls (slightly smaller than a walnut) around
a piece of blue cheese. Use more or less blue cheese
depending on your taste. Be sure that the meat mixture is
sealed around the cheese or you'll loose it during cooking.
Brown the meatballs in shortening. Add 1/3 cup sherry and
enough beef broth to make a sauce. Simmer meatballs for 5
to 10 minutes. Thicken sauce if necessary. Can be made
ahead and refrigerated for up to a week.
