1 Loaf French Bread cut into 1 inch slices and toasted lightly
5 Tomatoes chopped
1 Onion chopped and sautéed
1 Can White Beans
6 Roasted Peppers julienned
6 Basil Leaves chopped
4-5 Mozzarella Balls cut into cubes
5 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic minced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Puree 1 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic and white beans. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion, peppers, basil, mozzarella, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread white bean mix on each piece of bread and top with tomato mix.
