3 lb broiler
6 hand boiled eggs (sliced)
1 stick margarine
1 cup milk
salt & pepper
biscuit dough ( using 2 cups flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken until done. Make biscuit dough and divided into 2 parts. Roll one part & cut into strips, breaking for dumplings. Take chicken from broth and bring broth to a boil adding milk. Add dumplings and cook, covered for 5 mins. Place chicken (deboned & skinned) eggs, dumplings,broth, seasonings and margarine in casserole dish. Roll remainig dough for crust and place on top. Make a few openings.. Dot top with butter & bake in 400 oven until brown.
