1 (24oz) okg frozen stew vegetables,thawed
1 lb stew beef cut into 1 1/2 in. cubes
1 (10 1/4 oz) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Add meat. In seperate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 14 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
