1 lb ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
4 1 lb cans kidney beans, undrained
16 oz crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp chili powder
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with chopped onions, garlic and salt. Drain. Add to 4 qt saucepan with kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, crushed bouillon cube, and season salt. Simmer on medium low heat for 45 to 60 mins. Serve garnished with diced onions, grated cheddar cheese, and sour cream if desired.
