2 C. Corn Flakes Crushed
1/2 C. Slivered Almonds crushed
5 Chicken Breasts seasoned with salt and pepper
5 TBSP Cranberry Sauce or Raspberry Preserves
3 TBSP Honey Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Mix cranberry sauce or preserves and mustard. In another bowl, mix slivered almonds and corn flakes Coat each side of chicken with preserves and then roll in cornflake mixture. Place on bottom of pyrex dish and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. If the cornflakes begin to brown, cover with tin foil.
