5 medium sweet potatoes (boiled until tender)
1 stick butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp flour
2 cups of sugar (make real sweet for cooking)
1/3 pkg coconut(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put into deep dish pie shell. Bake 45 mins at 350. Makes more than 1 pie
