1 box light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all vegetable shortening, softened
1 stick margarine
5 large eggs
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp maple flavoring
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, shortening and margarine. Cream well. Add eggs one at a time,beating well each time. Add flour and milk alternayely. Add flavoring and fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube/bundt pan at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.
