2 c flour
1 tbsp Calumet baking powder
1/2 c milk
1 tub (8oz) cream cheese
A handful of add-ins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking powder; cut in cream cheese with two knives, a food chopper, or hands to make a crumbly mixture. Add in milk and add-ins if desired (shredded cheese, orange or lemon peel, cranberries, raisins or baking chocolate). Stir until dough holds together. Pat out on board and cut with a glass or biscuit cutter. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes. Make different shaped biscuits, round, square, loaf, or wedges, or use cookie cutters. To make dumplings drop by spoonfuls into broth, soups, or stews. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Freeze cooled biscuits up to two weeks in plastic freezer bags.
