1 pt. mashed figs
1/2 C oil
1 C plus 3 T flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
1 C pecans
1/2 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine figs, eggs, oil and add to
dry ingredients. Add sugar, vanilla, and pecans. Bake in a loaf
pan 350º for 1 hr. May need to bake longer. Check often.
