2 packages (8-ounces each) cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla together with hand mixer. Using 1 box vanilla wafers, place wafers in cupcake papers. Put cheese mixure on each one and top with spoonful cherry pie filling. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Chill before serving.
