1 small onion
2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 cup water
1 stick oleo, melted
small jar of Cheese Whiz
1 bag (16-ounces) chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in oleo in big pan with lid. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil. cook covered on low heat for 10 minutes. Stir often. Turn off burner. Then let sit for 20 minutes or so. Then bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
