1 lb ground beef
1 C raw rice
2 C beef broth
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
3/4 C rotel tomatoes
1/2 C green onions
1 small head cabbage, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ltogether raw and put in rice pot for a cycle, or can put in
large baking pan and cover with foil. Bake until cooked or about
45 minutes to 1 hour in pan.
