Ingredients:  
•1 glass of green lentil (or 1 can of cooked green lentil, I bought Divella’s at Era)
•˝ glass of rice
•1 big onion (thinly sliced)
•3-4 stalks of spring onion (chopped)
•1 medium size carrot, grated
•Fresh chopped dill, mint and parsley
•˝ tablespoon of sumac
•4 tablespoon of olive oil
•1 lemon
•Salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Wash lentils, rinse, and place in a pot. Fill with water to cover. Cook until it’s done (you may add more water if it’s necessary). Wash rice and cook with 1 glass of water.
2.Drain the lentil and mix with the rice. Fry onion with olive oil and add grated carrot and stir them for 2-3 minutes. Mix them with the lentils and rice.
3.Mix in the chopped spring onion, herbs and spices, and lemon juice. Stir well.
