12 limes, ends trimmed, cut crosswise in half
2 C fresh orange juice
5 T grenadine syrup
1 tsp salt (generous)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Premium tequila

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze lime halves in citrus juicer to extract as much juice as possible. Transfer 3/4 C lime juice to bowl and chill. Using scissors, cut out membranes from hollowed lime halves. Enclose lime cups in plastic freezer bag. Freeze about 4 hours.
Mix lime juice with orange juice, grenadine, salt and cayenne in blender. Transfer mixture to pitcher and refrigerate about 2 hours.
Arrange 12 frozen lime cups on serving tray. Pour sangrita into cups. Pour tequila into remaining 12 cups and serve immediately---if not sooner!
