3 eggs, separated
!/2 c. melted butter
2 T. sugar
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. cooked medium-sized egg noodles
sliced fresh peaches or 1 16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 c. maple cereal flakes, crumbled
cinnamon, nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add melted butter and sugar and stir until mixed.
Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream, peaches and noodles. Fold
in stiffly beaten egg whites. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
Put in buttered 2 qt. casserol and sprinkle with crushed maple
flakes. Dot with butter and bake uncovered for 45 minutes
at 375 degrees in preheated oven.
