10 lb. potatoes
3 c. potato water
1 beef bouillon cube
3/4 c. salad oil
3 medium onions or 2 bunches of fresh green onions including green tops minced
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
1/3 c. minced fresh chives
1/3 c. minced fresh dill
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. crumbled bacon

Wash potatoes, cover with water and cook until fork can be inserted. Do not over cook. Drain potatoes saving 3 cups of water used to cook potatoes. Cool and remove skins. Dice and add onions and oil, then toss. Bring 3 c. potato water to a boil and add boullion cube, pour over potatoes and onions, mix in with the other ingredients, and stir into the potato mixture.
