Italian Beef Parmesan Recipe

6 cubed steaks
1/2 evaporated milk
Dry bread crumbs
2 T. cooking oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. chopped onions

Dip steaks in evaporated milk, then in bread crumbs and brown in hot oil. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with salt and one half of the parmesan cheese. Place one slice mozzarella cheese on top of each steak. Combine remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese in small saucepan. Heat, then pour over meat and cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
