1 17-oz. can corn, drained
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 T. flour
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
4 oz. (1 c.) mozzarella cheese
Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Spread corn in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Brown ground beef. Add flour. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Pour over corn. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Spread over meat.
Combine parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and put on top. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 10 - 15 minutes.
